In order to facilitate your stay in Nantes, we have negotiated special rates with Adagio Aparthotel. Should you choose to stay in one of their two locations (Aparthotel Adagio access Nantes Viarme or Aparthotel Adagio Nantes Centre), you must quote the reference "Magalhaes 2019" and book before 31st July in order to secure your accommodation at the special rate. Both aparthotels are close to a tramway stop and offer fully-equiped studios.

We have secured 30 studios in each of these Adaggio locations for the event. You can download here the credit card information the hotel will require to confirm your booking. You will be charged on booking for one-night's accommodation only, the balance outstanding is due upon arrival. Should you need to cancel your booking, 15-days notice is required.
